Dixie Cove Apartments is pleased to announce they are under new management. As of April 1, 2018 ERA Real Estate Brokers will be managing these student apartments in St George, Utah. This is a 23 room off campus housing complex for students near Utah Tech University. ERA is working with new owners Sheffield Properties. Significant improvements  are already underway under the new management. New landscape design is more water-wise. The kitchen areas have  new countertops and appliances.
