Dixie Cove Apartments is pleased to announce they are under new management. As of April 1, 2018 ERA Real Estate Brokers will be managing these student apartments in St George, Utah. This is a 23 room off campus housing complex for students near Utah Tech University. ERA is working with new owners Sheffield Properties.
Significant improvements are already underway under the new management. New landscape design is more water-wise. The kitchen areas have new countertops and appliances. New heating and air conditioning systems have been installed in each room. Students can now control their own room’s temperature. Lighting has been updated with an emphasis on efficient, energy saving lighting systems. In addition, more outdoor lighting for security has been installed. Also, a security camera systems has been added. New entry lock systems provide for the safety and convenience for the students. The pool has been improved. Dixie Cove plans to add a basketball area and other amenities such as air hockey or ping pong tables. Other long range improvements are also coming.
A resident manager is now in house. This is a great resource for the students.
ERA will strictly enforce the house rules to make sure that Dixie Cove student apartments are a safe, comfortable environment for all the tenants. The vision for Dixie Cove is to be a great community for St. George area students.
