Students and parents always like to know what rules are when looking for student housing. All those living at Dixie Cove Apartments near Utah Tech University will be expected to follow some basic guidelines. These rules are to protect the rights of all tenants and ensure the enjoyment of the property by all. We expect everyone living at Dixie Cove off-campus housing to comply with the following simple rules:
- No smoking, tobacco, illegal drugs, or alcohol are allowed on any portion of the premises
- No pets of any kind permitted in the apartment of anywhere on the premises
- No overnight guests. Guests are required to leave by 11pm on weeknights and 1am on weekend.
- Tenants are responsible for their guests actions
- Quiet time is 10pm on weekdays and 12pm on weekends
- Student apartments and common areas are to be kept clean. Clean up after yourself and help with routine cleaning of common areas. Regular monthly cleaning checks by management will be conducted of student apartments and common areas. Tenants are to put all garbage in dumpsters provided.
- No removing or altering of furniture. Mattress covers must be on mattresses at all times.
- Dixie Cove’s insurance only covers the building, not the personal contents of your apartment. Tenants are encouraged to provide their only renters insurance on their own belongings
- No disorderly conduct, or illegal activity of any kind
- No weapons, firearms or fireworks of any kind allowed on the premises
- Swimming pool rules-
- Pool is for resident of Dixie Cove and their guests only. Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times. Residents are responsible for their guests compliance with pool rules
- There is NO LIFE GUARD on duty. Swim at your own risk
- Swimming suits must be worn at all times. No cut off jeans or diapers allowed in pool. Remove bobby pins, clips before entering pool
- Obey posted pool hours
- Do not enter pool if you have any communicable disease, skin disease, etc
- No glass in pool area
- No rough play or running permitted in pool area
- Pool gate is to remain closed at all times. DO NOT prop gate open
