STUDENT ROOMS
Learn more about our ample space. Our bedrooms are spacious, not like a cramped dorm room . Each room can either be a private room or shared room. The rooms are large so that even with 2 students you have plenty of space. Each room features individually controlled heating and cooling, a microwave, and a small refrigerator. 2 large desk areas. Rooms are provided with high speed internet and it’s own private bathroom.

KITCHEN AND DINING AREAS
Common areas are large featuring roomy full kitchens with stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, full size refrigerator and large freezer. Kitchens have recently been remodeled and feature beautiful new appliances and countertops. There is a large dining area with large table and bar stools around the counter area.
LARGE TV/GAMING AREA
There is a large gathering area with couches, a large flat screen TV, cable TV and also can be used as a gaming area. Plenty of space to just gather with friends.
POOL AREA
Dixie Cove features a beautiful pool with large patio area with tables, and a BBQ grill. A large sun deck sits above the pool area, a quiet place to relax in the sun or gather with your friends.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
Dixie Cove features 2 on-site laundry facilities. One on each floor available for students to use.

Off street parking is available for those with a vehicle. No parking fees.
