Apply student housing at Utah Tech University. Dixie Cove Apartments has both shared and private rooms available for rent. This an off-campus housing facility is located directly across the street from Utah Tech University, formerly Dixie State University.
We have 23 rooms that are large so that each room can accommodate either a single student or a shared room with 2 students. Our rooms at Dixie Cove Apartments, are much larger than your typical dorm room and you won’t feel so cramped. Each room has it’s own bathroom and its own microwave and small fridge.
There are 2 large shared kitchen areas , as well as, common areas with TV, Cable, Gaming available, so plenty of space for socializing. We feature a Beautiful pool area and other amenities included. On-site laundry facilities are available. Affordable rates for off-campus housing while still close and convenient.
Application fee is $50. Some students may require co-signer. Co-signer also has to submit an application fee. Dixie Cove Apartments is a student housing complex. You must be a student in some program to qualify.
Application process is easy and all on-line. Background and credit checks are required. You can choose from shared or private rooms. Payment options include semester or yearly rate pay or monthly pay.
